PACKAGING
Your order will be carefully packed in a beautiful eco-friendly Swan & Sister branded gift box and sent out to you in recyclable, plastic-free packaging. A care card is included.

UK delivery is via Royal Mail. All orders except rings are sent in letter-box friendly format. All UK orders are delivered free of charge. Delivery time is usually around 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch.

Non-UK orders are sent using Royal Mail's International Tracked service. You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied in your country. Delivery time can vary depending on your country, but is usually around 1-2 weeks from the date of dispatch.
