Delivery & Returns
UK Delivery
Deliveries within the UK are sent using Royal Mail’s 48-hour Tracked service. UK delivery is free. We try to use letterbox-friendly packaging wherever possible (except for rings), so you won’t have to worry about your postie leaving your parcel lying around somewhere unsuitable.
International Delivery
International deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked and can take up to 21 days to arrive, although it is usually much quicker. You will be responsible for any customs charges or import duties that may be levied in your country. International delivery is £10 per order.
Processing Time
Ready to ship items are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Made to order items usually take around 1-2 weeks. We will keep you up-to-date via email on the progress of your order throughout.
Returns
You may return an unused and unworn item for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, excluding earrings, bespoke items or items which have been customised. If you would like to return your order please email returns@swanandsister.com and full instructions will be given.
